Outgoing Inspection

Every production lot passes the following before shipment. Items marked 100% are performed on every pipe; Qmax is verified by sampling.

Incoming copper tube material and wall thickness are inspected before release to production; wick weight and charging volume are controlled in-process.

Documentation

RoHS test reports are available. REACH compliance documentation can be provided through our material suppliers. Material certificates and performance test records are retained per batch and available with shipment.

Packaging for Export

Heat pipes are end-capped and tray-packed or tube-packed to prevent denting in transit; export packaging is agreed per order.
