Our Published Quality Targets

• Customer satisfaction rate ≥ 95%
• On-time incoming material rate ≥ 98%
• First-pass acceptance rate of finished goods ≥ 98%

These targets are tracked as formal company policy, not marketing copy.

Quality Control Flow

• Incoming: copper tube material and wall-thickness inspection
• In-process: wick weight checks, charging volume control, weld integrity checks
• Outgoing: every batch verified on automatic Qmax test stations and power testing machines
• Reliability: thermal shock cycling and helium-based hermeticity testing

Packaging for Export

Heat pipes are end-capped and tray-packed or tube-packed to prevent denting in transit.
