Our core product is the sintered-wick heat pipe, made end-to-end in our Shenzhen factory. Most shipments are custom — length, flattening, bending, and surface finish are built to your drawing.
Sintered Heat Pipes
Copper shell, sintered copper wick, deionized water working fluid. By two-phase heat transfer (evaporation and condensation), a heat pipe’s effective thermal conductivity reaches 100–1000× that of solid copper — with no noise, no moving parts, and no external power.
